We understand that embarking on fertility treatment can be daunting and appreciate that you will need time to gather the information required. So to support you, we have a number of information sessions that you are invited to attend.
The open evening is a great opportunity for you to have a look around the unit, meet the team and to ask any questions you may have. Our next open evenings are on Wednesday from 6-7pm at the ACU, Guy’s Hospital.

Patient Support Group
Talking to friends and family about fertility treatment can sometimes be difficult. You may feel that they don’t understand, you may not want to worry them or you might consider it a private matter. The Counselling Team organise a monthly Patient Support Group for patients attending Guy’s Hospital Assisted Conception Unit. The group provides an opportunity for patients to meet in an informal setting and talk about their experiences with others who are also having treatment. Couples and individuals are welcome, tea and coffee is provided and a counsellor is on hand to assist the group.
